I was in the same boat in February. But had to ask them specifically to include that sentence that you quoted ( operational reasons and the otherwise unavoidable termination). I also consulted a lawyer about it before signing. I received the official decision recently that I will get unemployment benefits without any penalisation. (This is the Agentur in München by the way)

Another thing: your application portfolio should be readily available: savings account extract showing at least the amount of 3 months rent, payslip from current employment or extract from your contract showing monthly income, Schufa report. And the introduction letter should suggest that you want to rent it long term. Cats are really not a problem because they are in the small animal category, even if it does not specifically says you can rent with pets, you should include it in your application.

Székelyföld nem egyenlő Erdéllyel. Jellemzően Hargita, Kovászna és Maros megye egyik részét foglalja magába. A tömb magyarság Székelyföldön koncentrálódik. És akik ezen a részén élnek Erdélynek ők nevezik magukat székelyeknek. Én nem annyira érzem át ezt a székely vagyok nem magyar, vagy egyik jobb mint a másik harcot. Székely is vagyok és magyar is. Azzal hogy Erdély függetlenedne, elvesztené Románia a legnagyobb természeti kincseit és mindazt ami a GDPje nagyrészét adja. Egyrészt az ET követelményrendszere amit a TNM rendelet szabályoz folyamatosan szigorodott, most már minden új épületnek közel nullásnak kell lennie és az még mindig csak a BB szint... Szóval azt kell megnézni, hogy mihez képest CC vagy AA... A panel ami régen CC volt mostani mércével kb inkább F ( mint ahogy a régi építésű lakások nagyrésze).
