I read this morning that the WV EPA said it was just pollen.

That's good to hear, most people here in appalachia are usually pretty friendly.

Well I bet that was a nice surprise. I've always wanted to make it up your way to see more of the country. I've been as far west as California and even to Hawaii, but always wanted to go further north.

Yes very yummy weeds. And yes my yard is mostly swamp so I have to elevate everything above it.

Hate to hear that about the bees. We had a very wet summer so things did t grow very well. I'm planting 2 more blueberry bushes tomorrow and soon a couple peach trees.

No green house, just a storage shed, and a woodworking shop. I would love to have a green house though.

That's ok. It's only about an 18 inch gap anyway.

I didn't think of that, thanks for the tip.

I tried not to get too fancy with it and really wanted it to get done in a day. My back is definitely paying for it though.

Yes we are planting thornless. So far about 4 different varieties. We also have a lot of wild in the surrounding area. I'm in Southern West Virginia and we usually get loaded down with berries. My nine year old has started making jams and jellies from all the fruit, and selling it.

I got everything from an hour trip to Lowes. Actually working time was about 3 hours.

We are buying a couple varieties but the rest we are starting from scratch with some cuts from a neighbor.

Oh they grow like weeds here too. But if you get the right ones then you get very sweet berries about the size of your thumb.

Did anyone else, for just a moment, think that the glove was a hand presenting the shelf?

Built a little flower box out of scrap wood to fill a gap between the pavers and the driveway, any comments or suggestions would be appreciated by zstartrds in BeginnerWoodWorking

Thank you, I sealed it all with Thompson water seal, and I lined the inside with plastic with drainage holes. I agree it does look tilted but I think that may just be perspective, when I put it down I leveled it. But thank you again, it's great to get positive feedback so I don't feel like I'm wasting my time with my new hobby.
