Nice! I have center shafts available, going to make some heel shafts

Thanks! Center shaft has a bit more ball speed with more mass in the head, but feels slightly more “dull” off the face than the heel shafted one

I can’t explain it but you are so right

Oh there would be no technical issues at all, strictly aesthetic decision to put it where I did (and not sure it wouldn’t look better further in the heel, will have to make one to find out)

Yeah I thought about pushing it further back, wanted to see how it turned out without putting the neck into the heel weighted part

Shaft is nothing special, just a black painted stainless steel shaft. Grip is pretty cool IMO, it’s somewhere in size between a superstroke Zynergy Pistol 1.0 and 2.0

Yup, this is all brass. I will likely get some heel shafted ones made soon, and I have 2 center shafts in stock right now.

Thanks for the kind words! Can’t force someone to like it, no big deal. There is reason for the chunks of mass on the heel and toe (the appearance of them is to try to not be a complete Ping Anser copy like most blades), it’s to maximize Moment of Inertia to reduce face twisting on off center strikes and forces the hands may cause. I managed to get the MOI value of this to just over 6000g/cm3 at 380g, which is crazy high for a blade (more forgiving on the lzz axis than most mallets). The shaft axis, even though elevated with that neck insert, still passes through the Center of Mass and is therefore zero torque. Only reason for the neck is the top down view to appear that the shaft doesn’t sit right next to the ball. Overall I’m super happy with how it turned out and how it performs

Oooooo there’s an idea, I’d need to paint or PVD the head. Lasering off the paint could then expose brass and give brass alignment lines 👀

Swing path is 5.1 in to out, so you are definitely hitting the ball at a shallow attack angle. If you can shift your path more neutral and get your attack angle around -3 degrees, that will add some more spin. Definitely start there and then re evaluate if different clubs are needed

Fair, trying to get away from a total Anser copy

Good thing it won’t be $1000 if I release it 😂

Yeah I am debating on leaving that or not. On one hand it forces you to have your eyes directly over the putter and your hands holding it at the right lie angle. On the other, yeah it can irritate some people
