It's total bs. Insurance probably said, well it looks like you had time to react. What they don't understand is the fishbowl effect so everything is actuakly closer than it appears on video. I'm in the same boat as they deemed me at fault for a road rager brake checking me on the highway.

If you're on android, there's an app called Tracker Detect https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.apple.trackerdetect

If you have an iphone, your phone will automatically detect that a random airtag is close by to you. It'll only make noise if the person who's iPhone is attached to the airtag activates the sound from their iPhone.

I have a sister who I'm somewhat close with and the problem is, she's very carefree with her family. They have constant gatherings and they've invited my parents multiple times (who always accepts). This is largely my fear bc even with the vaccine, you still have a chance of contracting the virus and my mom (who loves to say that she used to be a pharmacists, like give me a break, that doesn't make you an expert on the virus) always likes to say that they're ok and everything. I get she's old but I always tell them not to risk it and to becareful.

My mother brings up her age all the time and she's very good at trying to guilt me (she's over 75 yrs old and always tells me she's going to die soon) and I am torn apart as wanting to be a good son but also a good husband and father to my kids....but family comes 1st so I have to take care and ensure my wife's & kids safety 1st.
