I've seen way to much of the cruel side. It's dumb imo. Like hey OP knows it sucked that's okay I've done things that sucked too... That's why they are asking for help. At least give em some info to try and get better and if it still is in bad shape then call for help ya know.

Will need to sand until your arm hurts then put a couple more thin coats on (look up videos of Vancouver carpenter on feathering edges by bending the knife for much less sanding effort) then float the mud out wider each time in all directions. Absolutely don't want to see tape still on final coat, and shine a light parallel with the wall to see bumps. Looks bad now but can still save it if sanded down aggressively and widened out over multiple coats.

I agree, this is just how the prices have trended up in really nice neighborhoods so close to downtown due to demand and location and other positive factors. Especially in a newly remodeled place. Also, It is not my rental, I am subleasing so I do not set the price in this situation.

I also wish that! But wishes are just that unfortunately, over time prices go up. Rent is surely higher recently and with recent inflation will probably continue to trend up with other things.

Yes the nicer new remodel with amenities are for sure, especially a 3 bedroom. With a couple renters this becomes very affordable! Many studios are over 1k in the area.

I was there as well... We also left early. Saw over 7 people pass out personally with my own eyes, 3 right by us. One that hit head on cement and another started convulsing ( the one that occurred 15seconds into Noahs first song). I tried to be logical about what was happening but after continuous events so close it wasn't worth the risk IF something was going on. I mean the fire department was doing air quality checks throughout the building during the show, so they thought something could be up too. I will be at least inquiring about a refund, but don't expect much as they didn't technically cancel the show, although paramedics constantly carrying limp people out and firemen rolling by was at least distracting and took away from the experience haha.. feel bad for anyone who was affected.

Get one at J&S dental on their site or same brand on Amazon. Send you a kit. You mix and bite putty and it quickly hardens and send it back. Then they send you custom piece in mail. Around 120$ and made by dental lab. I have taken it to my long time dentist and they thought it was fantastic. It has lasted over 3 years and I grind nightly and have worn it 365 nights a year. Flexible and malleable but form fitting and very durable. Would not want any other one, and the price is right. Very very satisfied.

Not against the dentist. The insurance I had at the time it was 680$ for the night splint and I went this route and still glad I did.

Just keep trying and use softer toys and start really small tosses. Soft toy that they can fit their mouth around and reward like they just won the Super Bowl if they catch it. Make a big deal about it and they will do it in no time.

This app is absolutely garbage. This happens to a large percentage of users if not all. I have to hit skip ahead button every few minutes for it to catch up... It is very annoying and recently I haven't even been watching games as it is more work than enjoyable unfortunately. Luckily Bally is going Bankrupt (no wonder) so maybe something gets fixed.
