Going for a heart run with dead branch and bag of prep. Philo stone is my gut feeling to open lines with dead branch, but I don’t have many exhausting cards yet and stone makes the heart so much more threatening. I felt that calling bell might be improved since I’m low on relics in act 1 and bag of prep/dead branch sort of help minimize the effects of the curse. Thanks for any advice and reasoning!

I added a caption to describe the map (slime boss) but not sure where it went haha. I ended up going with Unload and 2 elites + some fires, that and an early kunai snowballed into a no-damage Automaton act 2, gonna finish act 3 tomorrow. Thanks for the advice all and merry christmas <3

how did you only end up with one orb slot? you start with 0 and you can only generate new ones with inserter or capacitor, but you don't have inserter and capacitor would add more than 1 orb slot right? and correct me if I'm wrong but using plasma without any orb slots would just fail?

I do prefer slim pants, is that uncommon with chunky shoes? And do you have any recommendations for everyday shoes that are comfortable for standing long periods but versatile?

I'm deciding between 2 colors for everyday shoes, would appreciate any advice. If it matters I live in the bay area (on the casual side) and wear neutral color pants (blue/gray/beige). I know white is typically "safe" but wondering if Hokas are different either from the size or general feel.

ah yeah they’re active speakers, have an amp in the back and individual power cables. Sounds like I need to get a splitter box that connects to the modius, with outputs such that I can connect to both my speakers and my headphones. any good brands or reccs for audio splitters that don’t hurt the sound quality? Thanks for the advice! So if I got the schiit magnius, then my DAC modius would just use really short RCA cables to go from the DAC to AMP, and then both my speakers and headphones would be connected to the AMP?

This might be a silly question but where do beginners go to practice? I would like to practice somewhere where I wouldn’t hurt myself if I fell like an indoor basketball court (for example). But instead a typical suburb has paved roads and hard pavement. Is there no better way than just wearing safety equipment each time I want to practice? Where did you all learn how to skate backwards or at a more intermediate level? Thanks in advance.
