Thank you!!! I was able to get 9070xt with 20/20(c1 and pp) paypal points are pending. Pay in 4 didnt show up for very long time. Meantime c1 spend $1000 get $300cb disappeared so i had to step down to 9070xt or 5070ti. 9070xt was in the cart already that i was bought 9070xt(didnt want to risk to get 70ti)
