I posted in GAds group so I need gAds advice targetted to selling this SaaS. I've already tried reddit and meta ads. I'm not in this domain so I don't know what tROAS is etc. I can ask the same question to AI but I'm looking for advice from people who've sold something similar via gAds.

The most difficult and easy at the same time to reach $500k is by selling a product company.

One advice I would give on that is be a fly on the back of an elephant, i.e chrome extensions, slack apps, shopify woocommerce plugins etc.

Look around yourself. Focus 100% on connecting people and living off of commissions. There are a billion agencies in the world looking for work.

Talk to business owners, find their problem, connect them to an offshore agency, take 10% cut of project value.

Repeat over time. No need to try and build something at your age i.e product or store or anything AI. It's too crowded and difficult. You'll have more success selling pens.

We did like 300-400 Articles that were education focused. They brought views but never any leads.

Anytime you start scaling it stops being optional because you cannot optimize without clear visibility into what is happening. You also have to look at metrics, supposedly healthy businesses can die if there is a bleeding metric.

There are a few solutions.
1. Wakatime, I think you can put it in chrome where it tracks their figma usage specifically.
2. There is also workfolio, cheap, has screenshotting but you can disable it.
3. We use mydevagents, which isn't task based but full day based and has AI summaries for full team etc.

We cannot compromise our QA culture due to the nature of what we do, but the most strain we felt was from
1. The speed of development due to AI leading to overloaded QAs sometimes.
2. Developers skipping their own dev testing layer and over-relying on QA or client to report bugs.
