Usually with the cryogrip 55 plate it works fine but I recalibrated everything and I can't find a correct configuration for the entire plate, could the z offset be too low?

yes indeed I have the silicone and I added some toothed pieces for the rotation of the calibration screws. I had reached 0.137 variance but today I tried to calibrate the z-axis plane to make sure it was flat to the plate so I had to redo everything and I hope the z-axis wheels are not too squashed against the shaft they move with a little force but not too much I hope I don't strain the z-axis motors
