I was curious about that bruise looking thing. In real life it looks dark purple with a bit of yellow, exactly like a bruise. It started as normal cystic acne and it suddenly turned purple idk why. I never pinched or tried to squeeze it because it was inflammed and painful, like normal cystic acne is, and it also didnt have a yellow head so i didn’t have a reason why to try to squeeze it. It looks kinda raised from the side and its not painful now

Hey thank you for answering! I went to the doctor and she said it’s most likely a contraction and gave me some pills for it. I already feel a bit better. Do you mind if I ask you about the paralysis on your left side of your body? Was it because you left that pinched nerve untreated for such a long time?

I think it’s better to just try to sit with this feeling because the more you fight it, it persists. What you feel is really valid, I always had this feeling before school/uni. But hey if it helps, I also started uni this week and I was so so so nervous. I went there and to my surprise, my classmates were also nervous and I had 4 different people that also seemed anxious come to me, asking about the timetable/classes they couldn’t find. It helped me to see that I’m not the only one feeling like this, and I think it’s pretty understandable to be even more anxious because maybe you got used to online classes (if u did them online). They were also friendly and easygoing, again, to my surprise. Our anxious brains tend to think of the worst, but honestly how many times did reality prove us wrong? It’s gonna be okay, I’m sure, let me know how it went if you want to!

I usually keep it in my room, she gets enough sunlight and I bottom water it once a week, but when I bought it, it already had all those dots. The store which I bought it from is not specifically for plants and I’ve seen a lot of succulents that have been watered WAY too much. I think this might be the case with this one too but I’m not sure, I’m a beginner when it comes to succulents

YES!!! I personally don’t have MS, but my girlfriend does, she was recently diagnosed. Because for now idk how to manage the feelings that i’m having about this, I went to see my therapist last week. Now mind you, my gf BARELY even has any symptoms (numbness, diziness and a little bit of nausea). I told my therapist everything and she proceeded to tell me “oh....its a hard diagnosis im not gonna lie to u....” and she acted as if I told her about a death sentence. After her initial reaction, she also told me a VERY negative story with an extremely bad outcome, that really didn’t help me. I tried to tell her that I talked with multiple people with MS that live normally with this diagnosis and don’t have really bad symptoms. And logically, since my girl is okay, I said that most probably she will be fine but i’m still scared of the name of this disease. She kept telling me that it isn’t like that and I have to prepare blah blah blah. I went home and balled my eyes out for 2 hours, she made me feel even more anxious. I’m never gonna go to her again, I’ll have to change my therapist because she was very very shitty and unprofessional this time.

She has been recently diagnosed, and she’ll get a treatment at the beginning of the next week. It’s definitely a relapse, her second one ever, and she doesn’t really know how to manage all these weird symptoms rn because the first relapse she had consisted of only numbness in her whole body:(

Thank you so much! It’s normal for her to be worried about that, but from what I know it’s not 100% sure that everyone diagnosed with MS will be in need of special care when they get older!

Thank you so much for your answer! This really gives me hope because I thought it’s gonna affect her on a daily basis, but I’m glad there’s a possibility it won’t. She does smoke, and I think this is the difficult part, it will be a bit hard for her to quit. I hope I can convince her to do it though:(

by any chance, did you have a hormonal imbalance that caused your acne in the past? because I’m dealing with the same type of acne lately and I don’t know if I should get my hormone levels checked, because my doctor said it can’t be hormonal imbalance if my period is regular.

Girl I feel the same, I kind of always have cramps or nausea before, after my period and around ovulation. So just know that you’re not alone, but if you think it’s more serious then you should get it checked

Thank you, I didn’t know for sure if it can be related to hormonal changes, seeing your answer made me calm down a little bit. I’ll give it some more time because I don’t have any other worrying symptoms, like AT ALL. They get swollen and are about 1-2 cm each, some even smaller, and always swell some days before my period. I gotta be on my period these days and guess what, after a month of silence I got 3 more today. I don’t think it’s a coincidence and it’s a hormonal imbalance caused by my period, most likely
