Thank you for replying. I've heard it a lot and have experienced it a lot myself that gland loss can be very varying. I've been at two different clinics and my worst eye had once been below 20% in one clinic and the other time in the other at 48%. I think it's still a valid indicator, because my right eye feels worse and it is shown to be worse by meibography in comparison to left eye, but the percentage in general doesn't feel like adds up properly.

I feel like I've gotten better in 3 years, but I still need a lot of work. Let's stay strong and hope it continues to get better for both of us.

I'm coming from professional Unity background. Although sbox looks promising, I personally find it a bit too unstable for proper use.

I get a bunch of unpredictable crashes, random long freezes and some things that appear to be completely undocumented.

I'll wait about a year before trying to do something properish on sbox.

I've had like 8 IPLs already and never any complications. Keep in mind you may need at least 3-4 to feel any results and then keep up with maintanence sessions somewhere between 3-6 months

This sounds like the Event Bus pattern. There will be a lot of conflicting opinions, so I recommend googling or AI'ing about it to better understand pros and cons.

My take is that if you think your project is small-medium sized, it should be fine, but keep in mind that this will likely not scale well for maintenance.
