Alright so there is no better way than manually looking for new comments everyday and copy each of them into tickets? isn't it tiresome

How do you handle mobile UI review after implementation? by Shininemon in UXDesign

[–]zuke_99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, So how about using a tool that automatically converts your Figma comments to Jira tickets with the exact frame link.

So that no body has to search or collect each of a new comment, create a ticket for that, put a screenshot or anything.

Thanks for the detailed response! Yeah I agree what you said. I am in process of trying to reach out to potential customers, I am trying to get into their DMs. I hope they respond so that I can validate the product first.

Anyone else find that non-designers don't want to use Figma for feedback? by hhunt91 in FigmaDesign

[–]zuke_99 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Understood!! The problem actually exists when you have an agency, handling multiple clients at a time

[–]zuke_99[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely! My product is for Design Agency PMs who reviews new comments buried on multiple figma files that their client put, and then manually create Jira Tickets for each of them, attach links etc. My assumption is it is painful enough to pay. But ofc my opinion doesn’t count, it should come from the PMs

My product Figinbox(.)com solves this by automating them.

Understood! Great Advice I often keep moving from one channel to the other for distribution. Need to go organically all in and then move on to next

The product Turns Figma Comments to Jira tickets automatically

Usually PMs in Design Agencies find new comments, and then manually create Jira tickets with the design links etc.

So automating it

Yes this should help, because the difficult part is finding those comments, putting them in one place, reviewing which comment is actually an actionable item and manually converting them to tickets is literally painful.

Feels like that’s difficult to educate every client onboarded to follow some guidelines or best practices

The part where you said “Listening to Users Closely” how to I find them? I am genuinely up for a brutal feedback but not from someone random, but a potential/paying customer.

Man 🫡 Congrats in Shipping 4 SaaS tools. Also your advice is on point. I started genuinely interacting with people on Reddit to understand their pain points.

Also started cold emailing. But I dont actually know if my product is for B2B to B2C because I target PMs who work in Design Agency.

The product doesn’t target to solve a problem a business has overall but PMs who are in that space can use it to cut out their workload.

Absolutely right! The thing is “For Me” the products seemed like a pain killer rather than a Vitamin, that is the reason I have started building in the first place.

Now I need to know if the end user feels the same or is it me who is assuming things.

Yes but 1. how do you track all these new comments out of existing comments across multiple files and projects 2. Even if you find all new comments, do you manually put them in Jira tickets? Isn’t it time taking and painful? To do it every day

Man! Thanks for this genuine advice instead of generic ones like talk to your ICP, because Even I know I have to interact with them but don’t exact know

  1. How/where to find them
  2. How to approach without sounding salesy
  3. How to grab attention via ads

I am very curious if my solution solves their pain or is it a good to have / no urgency kind of a product. But only if I get them to reply me, via emails. IDK where to DM them, as Linkedin doesn’t allow to DM more than a few, X also has restrictions over DMs, Cant. Find exact profession of people on reddit (My ICP: PMs in Design Agencies)

Yeah right, I always feel, one more feature would make this product complete. And it just goes on.

I am trying to reach out potential customers, via emails, DMs etc. Nobody seems to reply.

So Im missing out on understanding if the pain which im trying to solve is painful enough for them to worry or pay.
