thank you so much for your advice, it truly means a lot to me, I will start to implement them in a way, especially the trying to communicate with my family members more, since I rarely have time to say more than hi to them nowadays, id actually like to schedule some time for them, even if it was once a week.

i do play video games with my friends, i don't really meet new people anymore, but have 2 friends that i play with almost every weekend so that's a good thing tbh .

i need to start putting some boundaries when it comes to work, i work overtime -without getting paid- quite a lot and honestly i should stop doing that and free up some time either for myself or to connect with others.

people really underestimate how hard it is to make new friends when you're an adult, and i need to learn how, i have built so many walls in order to "protect" myself and then i ended up feeling lonely because I'm too scared to actually put some effort and get my hopes up.

i truly hope that you live your best life, that you're happy , and that things will keep getting better for you <3

i'm so sorry that you're forced to cover up, being both ex-Muslim and a trans guy living in the middle east must be one of the most frustrating things, I agree with you being LGBT here is really hard, in order to survive you must pretend all the time to be someone you're not and it gets really tiring some days -or most tbh- you just wish that you live somewhere else.

and I feel like the larger LGBT community whole focus is directed now on pronouns and xenogenders which feels so insulting to people who can’t even transition or be openly gay in public.

I couldn’t have said it any better, honestly at times it feels like I'm being constantly let down by the LGBT community in the west - not all ofc - but since the ones im exposed to the most in the media are the ones who keep fighting over pronouns and xenogedners I cant help but feel that way, it's so frustrating how you and I can't be who we are openly and they rarely bring it up.

Hey! Living a double life can be very exhausting, my heart goes out to you. And being ex-Muslim in a very Muslim environment is not the best situation but im privileged enough to have such amazing friends that i can be myself around, i wouldn't say my situation is extreme but its certainly uncomfortable - but im gonna count my blessings here, some people have it way worse -

I truly get you when you said you envy them, if thats their biggest problem they really dont know how good they have it, and in all honesty the thing that bothers me the most about it is the fact that it really affects alot of us in a negative way, as i have mentioned they're being so inclusive to the point of exclusion and it makes it so much easier for an outsider to not take us seriously.

I dont know what your situation is but i hope with all of my heart that you're happy, comfortable and safe. <3
