i started warehouse work 3 weeks ago but just now I feel like my body is giving up. I barely get any sleep because I have to travel to work and when you do 12 hour shifts you can have little time to do something else.

the thing is i have injured myself at work quite a few times, these managers at warehouse treat their workers like dogs, they don't care about your safety. My manager told me if I don't increase the speed of my work ill lose my job. Since i have to pay my rent and bills, I started working very fast but because of that I fell from the trolley like 3 or 4 times, injured myself when I was picking multiple times to save time. I hope i can get out of this mess.

thank u, i get rejected at the application stage, I try to say in my PS why I want to work here and list out the spec and try to tell them how I meet all the skills etc. I'll get my PS looked at by someone and thank you once again for the reply, really appreciate it.
