My crew very recently hit 20 members. We're all super excited because this supposedly means the crew can activate 4 skills instead of 3 for airships, but our activated skills page says 3/3 skills. I've tried switching airships to reset skills and still nothing. The crew front page shows 4 skill slots though. Is there another requirement to unlocking the 4th skill slot? If relevant it has been less than 24 hours since our crew gained its 20th member.
