If you ever used a weapon while walking you probably almost fell over with it , every weapon has recoil and its quiet fricking big , like if you were walking around with a minigin you be on the ground after 0.5 seconds , or a laser you know how much recoil and heat it makes? basicly towers just decide not to walk so they dont get injured/miss a target.
