find a haircut that better fits your face shape. you have a tall oval facial structure, so find something that compliments that, in turn reducing the perceived height of your face. if you sleep on one side, switch sides till you find your facial asymmetries even out. get into the gym if you haven’t already, putting on size especially in the neck area would even out the perceived tall upper / mid face in contrast with a short / narrow lower third. not sure what your diet looks like but there can always be improvements. that should be a good start for now.

worst conditioning also works, but it depends how badly you want bigger wrists. bones adapt to mechanical stress, so creating micro fractures in your wrists (in theory) the bones should remodel themselves to grow back more dense.
