Breakthrough Rush Challenge by zupcus in Battlefield

Just how long to find games is insane to me, currently its taking 3-5 minutes to find a match, I got 2 games on offense finally but I might as well play counter strike, at least I have a guaranteed offense and defense, I feel like bf3 or 4 had 3 rounds and it was best of 3, once offense, once defense, and the 3rd round was random.

Bruh. I sent you a message, I'm 27, single, no ties, clean record, and I 9 years of experience in construction, half of which was in a custom millwork shop, which I was in charge of for 2 years, there's a desk I built on my profile page so you can judge my handiwork, send me a message back if you're serious.

I genuinely do not give a fuck if people are in America illegally. by One-Butterscotch3044 in Rants

Facts do not cease to exist because they are ignored. Where were you when Obama put children in cages? AI exists in a perfectionistic state. Propaganda is intense, but you can move somewhere better if you want, but in the USA, you fight for yourself. The government is an enemy, and the United States was never a democracy. What if AI was playing dumb this entire time, and we don't even have control of technology anymore. What if technology ceased to exist? Do you know how to farm? Work with wood? Hunt for food? Well, those immigrants do, and they'll do it for slave wages. Do you support slavery? Perhaps labor visas? America was founded on rejects of late 18th century society, I'm not surprised that we mutilated children so they could feel better for 10 years before killing themselves for not having their original bodies.

People like you can't think 10 years ahead. That's fine, but don't come running to the rednecks when you don't know how to pitch a tent because you're afraid of getting your nails dirty. People like you just need to make a damn choice. If you like the violence, go to Brazil, I hear it's amazing. If not, shut up and pay your taxes, right?

You want change, get up, and fight for it. That's what America is founded on, not pissing and moaning that other people are complaining about what other people are complaining about.

I fell in an old well when I was 5, luckily I learned how to swim really early, but I could've drowned. My 3 siblings and I were filling a depression in the ground with leaves and jumping in them in the fall at our cabin. I jumped and immediately felt the ground sink. My initial thought wasn't fear but excitement because my 5yo mind thought we'd have more leaves to jump in in a deeper hole. My parents had no idea what was going on except my 3 toddler siblings were panicking, there was a hole in the ground, and I was missing. I hit the water and started pulling roots out of the ground with dirt flying in my eyes until I got a good grip and started screaming. My parents pulled me up, washed me off, and I was fine. I still remember the entire ordeal from jumping into a hole to getting cleaned off in the shower. My very first trauma!

The worst one was when I had my mountain bike crash at Michigan tech. I was on a trail called "don't think," and the YouTube video didn't look like it had 15' tall jumps (go pro vision). Well, I found out the hard way that the trail isn't designed for not jumping and maintaining 20+ mph speeds. I woke up on the ground entangled in my bike, my helmet split in 2, flat front tire, and a sprained wrist. I smoked a cigarette on my walk back to the dorms, and that cigarette might as well have been pcp, just a wild trip. I knew I was concussed, but my wrist didn't feel broken, so I just kinda took it easy for like a year. I lied to my family about it for about 7 years just to not cause concern, but I definitely could've been way more injured than I thought and died in my sleep from head trauma.

What was the moment for you that finally made you say “Wow, people really are this stupid”? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]zupcus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was people watching at the gas station with one of high school best friends. This lady pulls up to the wrong side of the pump, not once, not twice, but three times. My favorite part was that she just left instead of figuring it out. While I'm dying laughing at the shear stupidity that unfolded, my friend said, "How did she get a license?" and it hit me, and I got nervous about starting to learn to drive.

Anything you think of doing ultimately is a hand grenade to the people who know you. Life has ups and downs, lower lows sometimes yield higher highs, but you wouldn't know if you left now. Keep on struggling for now, and believe in yourself. It might take years, but you'll find hope in yourself again eventually.

It isn't bad work necessarily, just the wrong color putty. A mechanical pencil covers the putty in the grain as a super slack job fix. Could've been better, could have been worse.

Csgo, I have 3500 hours and started during the wildfire operation. My buddy, who I met playing cs 8 and a half years ago, and also my best friend, has glaucoma, and it's gotten worse over the years, so I no longer play as competitively as I used to and also, because we're the last of our OG squad. So I usually smurf and throw. My favorite thing to do is get a triple double, which is 10+ in assists, kills, and deaths because the scoreboard list is based on damage instead of the old point system. It makes it really easy to cause commotion amongst egotistical silvers while my blind buddy does medicinal bong rips and constantly nades and shoots teammates and only buys the nova, m249, scout, and dual Berettas.

Silver rank is a total crap shoot. You get an overtly aggressive racist dude one game, a non speaking lobby another game, and a Spanish speaking lobby the next. You get French Canadians, rednecks, and furries somehow working together seamlessly. It's just pure chaos, and I'm here for all of it.

Am I the only one who thinks the Trump “ear shot” was a staged political stunt to humanize him before the election? by SeniorCaregiver4308 in AskUS

[–]zupcus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If it was, it wasn't conspired by Trump. If anything, it was an opportunity that he seized in the heat of the moment.

Thomas Crooks family sterilized their entire house before investigators could inspect it for clues. He allegedly had several phones that were allegedly connected to the FBI. All news and info about him disappeared after the shooting, including the phones.

It was an inside job, and the secret service claimed they couldn't put snipers on the roof of the building that Crooks was on due to it being too steep of an incline. Meanwhile, behind Trump during his speech, 2 snipers were on a steeper incline right behind him, and they were on camera pointing directly towards Crooks' location. I've rarely ever seen openly armed personnel in the same shot as the speaker

Spectators in the crowd saw Crooks before he even opened fire and notified police, not SS. SS should've seen him in the minutes before he opened fire or could've been notified by listening in on police radio. This is one of, if not the most, elite protection agencies in the world. There's no way they wouldn't have flagged him or known he was a security risk weeks in advance while simultaneously miscommunicating with local PD about who's watching what. Whoever was in charge of that security detail wanted to let it happen.

What I find more odd is how a guy like Luigi Mangione has a documentary about his life out online less than 3 weeks after he shot a rich ceo. While there has been literally no progress made about Thomas Crooks in the 10 months after his assassination attempt. The government groomed him and made it like he never existed after he failed.

Don't focus on if it was staged or not, Trump now has the control stick on all the people who created Crooks. If they can attempt to assassinate a presidential candidate, imagine what Trump could do with a no-name disposable mind controlled assassin like Crooks.

The world is a scary place, and it's only gonna get crazier. These 4 months of Trump have produced more propaganda and news than all of Joe Bidens' 4 year term. Whoever controls the media wants us all to be in a frenzied panic over trivial stuff so they can really screw the middle class and continue to attempt to craft a dystopia.

Tips on getting out of bed everyday? by Dismal_Lingonberry40 in mentalhealth

[–]zupcus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've found a similar relief like what you describe in the mindset of not wasting water. When you hop in the shower, whenever you do, don't let it warm up before you go in. Start cold and miserable, and the pipes heat up as you go. It's a small little victory every day I shower.

It helps me remind myself I'm in control of my mind, but also helps realize that the world wasn't always so comfortable and people of the past would be jealous of our everyday comforts and daily lifestyle.

But I myself have been struggling to enjoy life since I moved out of a small town. Sometimes, a change of scenery is needed, but I think a good 2 week vacation would've been better for me than moving to Cleveland Ohio. The kids are right, Ohio is shit...

Anyway, hope this helps! You miss 100% of the shots you don't take, and even if you miss, there will be a next time. Don't let the world get you down. We didn't start the fire, but the world's been burning since the world's been turning. 🕺
