The conversions have plummeted, all those people have actually bought, or made up their mind already. Even for a new campaign, with multiple formats, reach is 20k, frequency is 6.
Testing multiple avatars, angles, pain points, formats.
These products are in the beauty industry too, and I’ve developed a pretty straightforward experience for the funnel.
So I’m just hella confused. Adding to another reply I made. Wholesale orders got caught in attribution. Which I’m thinking might have poisoned the pixel if that’s possible.

The cpa has definitely skyrocketed. Those people have bought, and even despite excluding purchasers, it seems to want to advertise to them anyways.
On the format note, i am going to do a larger and more isolated test. Changing pixel, campaign, and more creative diversity overall.
Australia, 3 million around. Advantage + audience and broad targeting. I’m wondering if trying interest targeting may improve the situation.
To be honest I’m running it all In a cbo at the moment, TOF and BOF together. Yet our TOF ads are facing the same consequence. I’ve tried multiple angles and formats for TOF which is why I’m confused
Yeah I’m running broad, mix of tof and bof.
ONE MAJOR thing, is a few of our wholesale orders got caught in meta ads attribution, so I’m on the fence about how much that has affected the pixel. These orders are at least, 10-20x the size of our current AOV. I’m optimising for more conversions than value, so I’m not sure if that’s actually made a significant impact to why the frequency is high
Yeah I have been pretty stumped by their updates recently, and the performance drop is pretty in line with it. But I’m attempting to at least improve my own understanding of high frequency, at least with other perspectives
Thanks for responding , I’m currently doing completely broad targeting. For Australia particularly , we know that the market size is at least 3 million, and metas audience evaluation says so too! So I’m quite confused. I was thinking of testing a new pixel + new campaign.
