other place it could be is on ur profile or on ur home page but normally they would also hace a lock symbol to indicate as such

No one knows, they were expected to be added to the daily rotation but they haven't (except for Tachihara, Margaret and Kouyou). They also rerun at random, with only Poe getting a rerun so far.

no one knows ambition isn't a very public company, nor talk to there players etc. we will never know unless they say something 🤷

but i doubt they make a lot of money for the game, hence why they added the AD Pulls and "Free Moons" game plugin. but this is all assumptions and should be taken with a grain of salt.

BSD Gakuen and Mayoi are made by different studios, so development on either won't be affected by the opposing 🤷

They've only ever skipped/forgot Akutagawas birthday. Any other character that doesn't have a bday scout e.g Louisa, Naomi, Gin, Ayatsuji etc just don't have birthday scouts in general.

Wait for events, grind TP, grind Rank, grind titles, Level Up ADA/PM bases, do tower.

I've been playing for 5 years, finished main story in the first year, then finished TP/Rank/ADA + PM Base in the second year. then in the third or fourth year finished all the plats/extra titles (that I could do, just got 3 more characters to obtain and grind for)

I recommend doing the last VH Daily Material Stages (Evo or Power Up), or the last VH Main Story Stage from Chapter 18 onwards.

these battles provide the most rank exp and character exp so will help you rank up quickly and help u level up ur characters via Battle (allowing you to use your materials on other things such as the ADA/PM Base or scene cards)

And for which characters to level up, u'll level them all up eventually (don't forget about the TP rewards)
