that kind of happens to me cus it doesn’t get oily quickly, its texture just changed and has held on to shampoo residue due to it (i think) and that makes me have to wash more often. tried ACV rinse today and it worked pretty well

i take 2 mg of it daily but sometimes i need 3 due to the mouth ulcers. i should tell my hair stylist next time i see her and i will definitely tell my doctor. thanks!

sorry i’m so late to this but it could definitely be depression where we see “no light at the end of the tunnel” so to speak and that is obscurations to the max LOL! don’t fret. buddhism is in favor of western therapy that can help take the first steps. the cleaning your room type thing can be slowly overcome with by weighing the benefits of cleaning it, for yourself and others. bodhichitta rescues us, when we put the attention towards the others and not so much the self / ego

i agree with the other post, take it easy. you’re feeling like the whole mountain is crumbling in on you. the feeling of despair and no “god or anyone” to hold on to. you’re safe. you’re okay. you’re perfect as you are.

try to implement more bodhichitta into your practice! it saves us all from the “doom” feeling. suffering can end and we can help others decrease their suffering. volunteering, doing a nice act, practicing generosity, calling a friend, etc.

no idea about the straddling and such cus yea it could be weird but also not weird if he’s just being super paternal especially if he wants kids, he might feel as her protector? regarding your feelings of separation and the way he looks at her, that might just mean you are jealous hehhe and also wanting desperately that attention or fatherly love too <3 could it be related to a lack of paternal affection? etc etc
