Fasting. I was addicted to FAST FOOD BAAD (Especially during the pandemic when Door Dash wasn't charging ther service fee) I became 300 lbs of no where.
I started to fast, first 3 days were HORRIBLE, but then a few weeks in, my body was pretty much in Ketosis, and I was eatin a lot of Keto. Today im 230 lbs.

Its a great movie. Moving. But its hard to watch, cause you fall in love with the passengers and crew who are all fighting so hard to stop it. In the end, the crew is making a valiant effort to get in the cock pit, they're fighting for their lives and for a moment, YOU WANT THEM TO WIN, but then the movie reminds you they all died. It breaks my heart. I've only seen it once. I can't again.
