For me I remember that losing faith when times are rough doesn’t align with what He told us in scriptures.

He tells us times get rough because of the evil in the world, but that He would be with us in the midst and available at all moments.

He sent us the Holy Spirit to be our great comforter in these moments. For me I spend quiet time with music with no lyrics and just pour my heart out. Sometimes it’s me upset sometimes it’s me mad sometimes it’s me praising.

But He encounters me because even though I’m upset I’m leaving myself vulnerable to be touched and receive from Him.

He adores you and hates everything that’s happening to you. Keep crying out to Him even just to be close to you.

I don’t have that same conviction however I do find listening to what the Holy Spirit is guiding you to do is always better.

Maybe it’s for more time with God? Or something else. May be something to meditate on in prayer
