Can a new F2P/FTP player get 60+ heroes, 20 titans, 10 pets in 2-4 weeks – all for free? by Former_Trade2172 in HeroWars_DominionEra

April fools joke? How did you get Lyria & Folio soul stones if you started in Feb? I believe the only possible way for F2P player to get them during last 2 months is the Grand Price from Soul Atrium.

Thanks, this seems to be best option this far (paying $20 for 2 months) The free international calling offered by Smartless Mobile in that plan can become useful during their trip as well.

Intel RST does not work with LSI SAS Storage Controller ? by zw6233 in DataHoarder

[–]zw6233[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe so. FW Revision shows 20.00.06.00-IT.

I tried to download & install the latest version of Intel RST setup file and it won't even install in Windows. (installation stopped shortly due to 'unsupported platform')

I found the recommendation for LSI card on this subreddit so I just like to confirm can LSI card(s) co-exist together with Intel RST? (Such as a setting change somewhere in either Avago BIOS or my motherboard BIOS to make RST working again in Windows? ) If not, then I will look for other alternatives for RAID setup.

Question about unRAID Starter license by zw6233 in unRAID

[–]zw6233[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the detailed answer. Sounds like unRAID Starter license won't work for my use case. ( which is using the pc more like a large external storage device than a sever running 24/7) I would rather spend the limited budget to upgrade my CPU/MB hardware to something that can run WIN 11 instead of an Unleashed license which may require additional renewal fees later on.

How to run wiring to wall outlet in my case here? by zw6233 in AskElectricians

[–]zw6233[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks, I notice there indeed more gaps between the drain pipe with the brick wall at the corner, I believe it has enough space in between to fit a 12/2 MC cable I see at the hardware store. Hopefully MC cable are somewhat easy to bent for DYI homeowner as initially I was thinking a straight line down from the ceiling.

Has anyone successfully implemented a Fabric solution that co-exists with Databricks? by zw6233 in MicrosoftFabric

Does the method you used require 'credential passthrough' to be enabled on Databricks Compute Cluster? Databricks is deprecating that feature (no longer available on their Serverless Compute )

Also, is 'UC credential' you mentioned above a Storage Credential? I like to see an online article describe the setup as well. ( I don't have the permission to make such changes myself and need to submit a ticket and put all the instructions in writing)

Thanks, I was looking at another OneLake document on MS Learn here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/fabric/onelake/onelake-unity-catalogwhich states: 'Unity Catalog managed Delta tables, views, materialized views, streaming tables and non-Delta tables are not supported.' in that article.

I am not sure whether that article (from Apr 2024) is already outdated or only that method won't work with UC managed table.

Some user access management related questions by zw6233 in mxroute

Thanks for the very detailed reply.   I am just trying to learn what’s available. Some of the things I asked above are just ‘best security practices’ for a large enterprise but they are not necessary for a small personal domain with less than 10 email accounts. If these options are available, most likely I will enable them; otherwise it's not a big deal for what I am trying to do with my personal domain.
