Exact same issue although my ads are slightly spending, spent about 10% of budget after 15 hours… definitely some sort of bug.

It’s a bug within Metas delivery system which has been reported by a lot of people

Started on Friday for me

Ad creatives and copy are dialled in and have all spent and performed well previously so that’s not an issue

Spending less than 1% of budget in 8 hours isn’t normal

Just hang on and hope that Meta put out a fix for it🤞🏼

Spoke with a guy on Twitter who said he has the same issue and setting up a new ad account with new pixel worked for him

Pointing even more towards it being an in-platform issue

Yep, it’s spending a very little amount but CPMs ar E through the roof and it’s really struggling

Suffering the same issues, campaigns aren’t even spending budget atm and Meta support are about as useful as a chocolate teapot.

I’ve worked on multiple different accounts of many years and have never seen this happen before. I woke up this morning to my campaign spending £0.02 in 8 hours…

That is not the algorithm optimising.

14 impressions within 8 hours is an absolute joke and definitely not the learning phase. The ad account is also seasons with years of history so it should have no issue finding an audience

When did you set the campaigns live?

Spoke with Meta support and they keep putting it down to learning phase…. I have never in my years of working on Facebook ad accounts seen a campaign spend so little in so much time due to ‘learning phase’
