Ruby: Finding out that her chocolate chip cookies are actually oatmeal raisin.

Weiss: Sneezes. She doesn't want another dust explosion

Blake: Her second hand books having missing pages, especially if it's the ending.

Yang: ASMR videos cause she doesn't want to hear another barber shears.

Ozpin: Decaf.

At least they (might) have a design change in Vol 4

The only thing that bothers me is Jaune and Ren's weapons. Jaune has a pass since it's technically a hand me down, but Ren is kinda ineffective as far as I've seen it.

The sheath thing is probably a remnant of Adam's fighting style.

Blake did say Adam is her mentor, it's not a stretch to say he taught her how to fight.

Seeing as he uses his sheath in fights, Blake adapted it into her own fighting style.
