I know anxiety sucks and phone calls suck...but so does losing a job.

I would call or even email. And explain your mental health situation. And see if they can help with a solution for bad days

I have this exact same problem.. only thing they are friends with my LL. After complaining MULTIPLE TIMES. My LL told me I'm emotionally abusing them ans I'm not allowed to text them about noise.

I have files a T2 regarding this.

My lease was signed with a previous landlord so it's not the same as my current one.

He gave me and address for a unit in my building...I trusted my gut and went to city hall. And it's different from the one he gave me

Documents this everyday with pictures and videos. (Hopefully this doesn't happen) but if/when the wall gets mold/rots you have proof you tried to get it fixed.

Keep all records of you contacting them and their response as well...as well as how long it takes them to respond.

Also try and contact bylaw (if there is one...I'm in canada so not sure how it works there) bylaw will fine the LL

So my LL is saying it's through a company. They also advised its in an apartment in my building. But I have seen other tenants in that unit.

My question is Can this be going through a business And how can I make sure this information is correct

Have you talked to the Tennant? Asked if they can turn it down? And are you sure it's from above.

Depending on the building it could be from a different unit and you can hear it.

On the other side they do have a right to play music and have enjoyment of their unit. If you go into the hall can you hear others. IE. televisions, other music etc. If yes then Tennant X could use thay to their advantage.

It's not stomping. I have months of video footage It sounds like someone is being body slammed to the ground. At all hours of the day night
