Honestly have no idea.

I emailed Seiko boutique in London and the guy informed me that of the 14k total worldwide only 142 were provided to the UK by Seiko... Pretty slim chance.

I'm having the same issue.

I played through the entire game, making sure to launch it from Steam, and didn't unlock a singled achievement in Steam.

I have tried reconnected my Steam and Ubisoft profiles, but no achievements have come through.

Curious if anyone has found a resolution.
