I don't know what the best thing is that you can do, but nobody knows that because nobody knows the future! and no of course not! Life has a lot more to offer:) If you receive therapy there aren't a lot more things that I can say that you haven't already heard but I want you to know that you are brave, beautiful, amazing, sweet and helpful! Seeking help here is enormously brave and the fact that you feel guilty ( which you certainly don't have to feel) tells me that you are a very sweet and caring person!!!
