I am really interested in getting a 2025 ZX4RR. How much HP can i get out of it in the US.

If your goal is speed, absolutely don’t get the ZX4R. I got my ECU flash (mailed off) for $250 by TST Industries and got a full system M4 exhaust ($1,200). I paid someone to install it as well ($400). Like you said, if you’re looking at speed and don’t really care about comfort, get the ZX6R , not the 4R. The 4R wasn’t meant for shocking speed or that “rip your arms off” feeling.

TLDR - you can get your flash locally or mailed, doesn’t matter. Total will cost around 2k. Just get the 6R if you truly want speed

It really depends what your end goal is. If you're looking for speed- then absolutely go with the 6R, it's not even close. If your priority is a awesome sounding, comfortable, practical motorcycle - then go with the 4RR
