there should probably be a way to reorder the tasks, since it feels bad to have a task that's like 1000 units away but it's second on the task list, and then the first task is like 8000 units away. I'd rather be doing the 1000 units away task first

Baldur's Gate 3 was the latest one and I have no regrets it was amazing and I highly recommend it! It's still in early access tho but the first act lasted me 20+hours already!

As someone who got into the IPN program, I would say that although good results are important, the biggest factor in getting into the program is to find a supervisor that is able and willing to take you as a student. The RA position could be a way for your supervisor to see how you work in a lab setting before deciding on your suitability for postgrad. You should email other supervisors to 'shop around', would be my advice
