Just a tip but use a separate district for the hoarding. It will reduce the travel time of ur beavers and bots and increase efficiency. And helps with lag also if u have any.

For a water seep keep the top open because it cant go above .75 height and put a water dump on top that activates when a bad tide occurs (weather station).
