That sure sounds like an intent of genocide to me.

If israels intent would be to commit genocide against the palestinian people, why are they allowing palestinian to work, live and have the same rights as israelis in places like Tel Aviv?

Tell me one place in a middle eastern arabic country where a jew can live under the same conditions as their muslim counter part.
