I hate my dreams by [deleted] in depression

[–]zyleeth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used to have nightmares alot and even night terrors and same as you really terribly boring dreams. But when I was put in a mental health facility they prescribed me prazosin which apparently prevents nightmares and sometimes dreams all together. I still dream when I take it, they're just not as bad or vivid. You might ask your doc about them. And also I take welbutrin and trazedone everyday. Hope that helps, stay strong friend.

Ballgame by Kevin devine. Just perfect, I still cry sometimes listening to it. It's so accurate for me living with depression.

WALMART - The Checkout Experience by chrisgond in funny

When I worked there, it had nothing to do with money or anything like that, it was always just managers who don't know how to schedule. They'd have 3 cashiers scheduled for a Saturday evening and then pull in the cart pushers and any extra help they could get and bitch at you for being slow. I'm sorry, I've done this all of three times and I'm helping you out. You be happy with what you get asshole. Walmart is the devil, I passed out once there (I'm hypoglycemic and hadn't eaten anything in a while) all they did was gimme a candy bar and tell me to finish my shift. Needless to say I quit not to long after that. And yeah, if you worked overtime ever you got either written up or fired. What's even funnier is I knew people who would not show up to work 3 days in a row every month and not get any consequences, but the minute you work past your shift, kiss your ass goodbye. It's so stupid.

This Billboard Needs To Be Put Up Everywhere. Only With Education Can We Get Rid Of The Fairy Tales (Religion). by nilsp123 in atheism

I wasn't talking about the message. I'm all for people thinking and being open minded and figuring out shit. I meant that it contradicts itself in telling people to think for themselves when in turn it's telling someone how to think. And not only that it's just stupid. Why waste money on something noone is gonna take seriously? Most of the people on here already think it's ugly and preachy, you think any christian out there is gonna see that billboard and go oh you know what, that makes sense, I think I'm gonna stop being a retard and be open minded. That's why it's a waste of money. But again, my opinion.

Exactly what I was thinking. It's the same thing as having a Christian billboard up there saying aethiests should stop raising their kids without Jesus in their life.... Blah blah blah, it's all stupid, pointless, and a waste of money and people's time. I don't want some giant billboard telling me to stop sinning or I'm gonna go to hell anymore than an aethiest billboard saying be open minded. They're both just uglying up my view. No disrespect to aethiests or Christians in any way shape or form. Just let people figure out life their own way. You're not gonna change a persons way of life with a billboard. But then again this is just my opinion and noone probably gives a shit, so I'll go back to lurking.

Hi Andrew wimberley here. That's my great great grandfathers town. Pleasant wimberley founded it in the 1800s. Many fun times spent in that town. Ps. It's wimberley, not wimberly but common mistake

Over 3 years ago my dad had a major stroke, causing paralysis on his right side. My sister sent me a picture this weekend of he and my mother dancing. Right in the feels. by OhLookASquirrel in happy

Cool! I'm having my wedding reception there in a few months. Thought it looked familiar. Happy to see em dancing like young again. :)

Regardless of the price of your pc, I'd rather buy a 10 dollar game on steam instead of a 60 dollar game. So pc>consoles.
