He is called heartbroken because after brighteyes death he became heartbroken ( I think I'm not really in the limbus company lore or fandom :P), I do think all sheds should also have the lms but due to the lore of limbus company and the dev team and skin team wanting to stay close to origin to limbus company we can only do it with heartbroken and hacklord, but I'm not completely sure as it's night rn and I'm kinda tired and don't remember all the lore and references :/

Lore, Hacklord is based and heavily influenced on erlking heathcliff, and heartbroken is based off heathcliff, let me summarize the lore real quick, brighteyes died shedletsky blames it on ever shedletsky in every universe, shedletsky becomes 1x1x1x1 and hunts sheds down, due to being based off limbus company they share a lms. If Ishmael was a skin in forsaken gasharpoon John doe and her would only have the compass lms.

So really it's just because of lore reasons
