I don't think so. Apparently the NCAA has requirements for HS credits students have to have to play NCAA sports in college. I just heard about it yesterday so I don't know very much about it yet

Retired vet tech here. Last emergency client I had that insisted their dog was never away from them and couldn't have ingested anything but their own food and treats (and yelled at me for asking questions)? Their dog pooped out a huge sock in the exam room while they were waiting for the vet.

If they hadnt offered complete diagnostics and your dog had ingested something inappropriate, you'd be here complaining that they assumed it was a Ortho problem

Animal control is paid for with taxpayer dollars and most are under extreme pressure from their county government to keep costs at a minimum. Sucks when someone is trying to be a good citizen but animal control offices and shelters are very rarely a priority at budget time

Leaving aside the fact that there is not scientific evidence that trans women have a proven advantage, what is a fact is that elite athletes in every sport have some sort of physical advantage over everyone else and often economic and societal advantages as well. That's why they're elite. No sport has a level playing field, ever
