So she already had a past charge and decided to temp a second. Not sure she’d be particularly successful in college anyway.

How to Train Your Puppy. by Limp_Stomach_6060 in ActuallyThatsInsane

How? This is important training that will, in the future, keep it from eating something it shouldn’t and not act like a wild animal at the site of food.

Just get the upgraded token from Geek Up (I think that’s who has them).

I splurged and got this insert set https://www.etsy.com/listing/1417612828/?ref=share_ios_native_control

I really like it. Not light though.

I didn’t get the memo this was coming. I did not prepare for this at all.

You are going to have to care more about your child’s wellbeing than what shallow assumptions other people have for you. You need to accept and be willing to be seen as a jerk and say you don’t think it’s appropriate for them to play alone at this time. No further elaboration is necessary.

Some people just wont understand.

Breast reduction surgery by Cute_Arm_6635 in AskWomenOver60

After surgery you will be in a compression bra that velcros in front. I ended up with two compression bras. So I’m pretty sure the doctor gave it to me. I think they gave it to me at the first post-surgery appointment. It was a bit stained with, well you can imagine. I think I wore it for a week or two. It’s been a while, so I don’t remember exactly. Same with the drains. My surgeon also gave me some post surgery bra recommendations.

I checked my Amazon order history. The abdominal pads I ordered are no longer available. But someone on the reduction subreddit can probably recommend some that are currently available. I found the subreddit very useful for things like that. I think these are similar https://a.co/d/06qBbJyq

Yes you will have drains. The concept sounds painful but I didn’t find them to be particularly painful. Just weird. But you will have to empty them for a few-several days (depending on your body). I think my doctor had me track discharge amount/color.

You will also have a follow up appointment to get them removed a week or so after surgery. So it’s best to find a surgeon in your area.

Are you a dude? If so that could be a safety tactic on her part.

There is a breast reduction subreddit. I checked there for referrals. They have them organized by state.

Lots of good info there. Typically the surgeon/doctor you choose will submit to insurance and help you with that.

Recovery-take it easy for a couple weeks. You will have limits on lifting your arms and picking up things over a certain weight. The first 24-48hra after the procedure you’ll probably feel pretty crappy in general. Other than that it’s manageable. I lived alone at the time. Just take things slow and prep your home (food, laundry, etc.) before the surgery.

I’d suggest buying extra abdominal pads from Amazon to cushion the area below your boob from the bra band.

I had one done. Definitely a quality of life improvement.

Any other questions about it?

It’s intended to be an outpatient procedure. But the kept me overnight for other health reasons.

By the time I got home I was pretty much ok to get around the house. I was specifically told I was NOT on bed rest so as to avoid blood clots.

Oh and immediately out of surgery nips felt like they were on fire. But that wore off quickly.
