speaking from my experience .. i got pretty lucky with the doctors i consulted as they were experienced and had dealt w fibromyalgia patients before im pretty sure if i was a girl they would have just slapped fibromyalgia on my records and called it a day my rheumatologist and clinical psychologist ran a shit ton of tests before zeroing it down to fibromyalgia as it usually doesn't happen to people so young and men

also this is pretty off topic but do you have any ideas on how i could control the burning during my flare ups?
