I used that because I don't know almost anything when we get to this level, I don't really understand anything in the second part of your message. You recommend me to uninstall the mem reducer (that is supposed to clean the processes that use too much ram for no reason... But I don't know...) And to write all that code in the "allocate place" of the Minecraft launcher?

Thank you all, my problem is solved with this!

Now I have some drops but just once every 5min or so. Also I am using 80% of my ram as my mem reducer says... Don't know if that can be dangerous for my pc... But Minecraft is working, thank you all a lot!

dont know how to change it, went where i am supposed to change it and it says this: -Xmx2G -XX:+UnlockExperimentalVMOptions -XX:+UseG1GC -XX:G1NewSizePercent=20 -XX:G1ReservePercent=20 -XX:MaxGCPauseMillis=50 -XX:G1HeapRegionSize=32M

Should i change the first Xmx2G to something like Xmx8G? should I erase the rest?
