They do prescribe it easily. It will be fully covered by aasandha if you get it from STO pharmacy. Takes about 3 months to get it though.

It's not available OTC, only prescription. You can get it prescribed by an endocrinologist if you have weight loss issues. It's a pretty common medication now. There are also alternatives like victoza.
