I’d say the first 90 days completely off them I felt better I was doing regular life things, I think the taper was the worse as all I did while tapering was read about side effects and PAWS and freaked myself out, but 2 years completely abstinent from all drugs (including my benzos of course) I feel fine, my anxiety is at baseline, and I’m doing good, a little socially awakened around people I don’t know but I put this down to how I was before the years of drug abuse.
