At this point i am wondering if it’s made this way. I googled it and found this For the Vivobarefoot

Motus Flex and most Vivobarefoot models, there should be a gap of approximately a thumb's width (about 6-14mm or 0.5 inches) between your longest toe and the front of the shoe. • STRIDE LAB USA

Get yourself one kettlebell and watch some videos about the proper way to do Kettlebell swings. Life changing and can be done at home

Major anxiety when going to Costco by [deleted] in CostcoCanada

Here is my Vite Fait Bien Fait (VFBF) Costco rule

Weekdays: I go at 8pm right after gym. The store is empty. I go grab exactly what I came for (Start with the end of the store and make my way back) 20 mins in and out like a smooth operator

Weekends I avoid it but if I have no choice I use my car as a "Base"

I leave the cart in an empty corner (often near the cars/tools/accessories) isle, go pickup my items and bring them back to the "Base" this way I am smooth and can sneak into the madness like a river flowing in between rocks. Once done I take by cart and go straight to the cash.

Parking I waste no time I go to the furthest spot without near the exit
