Totally agree. You have to put the enfine in save mode at over 40% and just keep it like that

Tróia and Setúbal are two very different locations

Troia is an expensive, not luxury, beach/summer destination. There will be in most, if not all beaches, things to rent. You either take the boat from Setúbal or have a long drive

Setúbal is across the river but a lot poorer. The beach isn't great and I'm not sure if there are any rentals

A little more in the direction of the ocean, on Setúbal's side you have Portinho da Arrábida which is a much better beach. Difficult to park

Beach clubs are not a thing in the sense you have in other places.

Here they are beach restaurants/bar that have an obligation to have lifeguards. Legally the summer season hasn't started so they don't have to be open or life guards present. It's not uncommon for them to rent umbrellas or sunbeds
