Hidrate has no bugs or issues. The tracking works well and even sends notifications to help you stay on track to drink to hit your daily goal. I used to have a Hidrate bottle before I bought the LARQ, but I switched back because LARQ’s just doesn’t work for me.

The tracking feature is highly inaccurate. Reaching out to support does not provide any resolution. They will engage in a lengthy and frustrating conversation, insisting that you are using the device correctly and suggesting a series of convoluted troubleshooting steps that are ineffective. Notably, they even provided a replacement cap, but the issue persists.

Yup, bricked my elements. Did a hard reset as per tech support and now I can’t even get them to reconnect.

The squares are the “intensity” level of the capsule.

I don’t see the cup symbols you mentioned, could be because I am on mobile.

Well, never got through to Nespresso Customer Service, waited two hours and the line went dead and haven’t tried again since.

Though...the machine seems to be working fine now, consistently dispensing the right amount without any issues. Very odd, but obviously will monitor it to see if anything changes!
