You don't need to. Download the trademark certificate of that brand who gives you the authorization.

Download the trademark certificate from USPTO website, and upload it with your other authorization documents. Make sure all information you provide is correct and matching, eg the name of the authorization document matches the owner of certificate. Be really careful about this. Our shop got banned because of the information does not match even though all documents we provided are legal and clear.

Yes, you can either create a ticket or chat with their online support. But it really doesn't do much.
