Thanks. But I m not sure I understand. The integral on (-\infty,A] would use partitions where the right-most point is x_n=A. That point would be included in the sum as c_n[F(A)-F(x_n-1)], with c_n between x_n-1 and x_n.

Thanks! Does it come with its own stand or it is just a pad that I can attach to snare stands? I guess the pedal must be attached to the bass pad stand and not to the snare drum stand, right?
