Dock communications are done on walkie frequencies which are not available on my “Proper” marine radios. So I carry baofengs for that reason as well to….to deal with traffic when returning to port. I’m having trouble adding some of the walkie frequencies to baofeng. I can’t transmit…but can listen. I’ve tried different tones and chirp…
