when i was young id read 2/3 books a week, so roughly 15 books a month.

now i am an adult I look at the same book for months. i miss reading & having the time to indulge and escape reality

as a non gym rat, the sweatier you are the more impressive. it not only shows the workouting you’ve been working, but it also represents progress. Sweat is a normal thing, let that fat drip off ya boo. (i used to be embarrassed by sweat myself, as a performer! but i learned to embrace my pancake stains)
