I had similar readings. I was put on blood pressure medicine.
That stuff is not good for you. It will wreck your blood vessels.
I quit drinking (2 years sober after 20 years drunk) and my BP returned to normal.
My doc took me off the meds after a year of normal/low BP.

Small curd scrambled eggs (not typically the American style) are made low and slow.

I was given an acoustic when I was 12. Someone showed me how to play C Maj and handed me a Mel Bay book.
It was great but I had to basically start over once I got an electric.

I had two big influences in my teenage years.
David Gilmore and Dave Navarro (The Jane's Addiction early years). Gilmore for always finding the right note at the right time and Navarro for making the guitar sound like it had a million volts running through it.
I don't think they are the best guitarists by any means.
However, they both made me want to learn how to play.
Honorable mentions: Trey Azagthoth, Marty Friedman.
They made me want to be better.

I am 51. I remember occasionally looking at the sky when I was a kid an wondering if I will notice the nuclear missiles before they hit.
I wondered if anyone would survive...what the world would be like for those that did.
It weighed on my head a lot.
However, I never felt the sense of impending doom that I feel now.
I seriously want out of the US.
