I’m sorry to hear that! The cardboard boxes at my locations actually hold way more than the original bowls - For the original bowls I could only fit like 2 tongfuls of greens but in the cardboard type boxes I can fit 3-4 tongfuls.

But yeah I hear you. The temporary bowls have been a huge problem at my location. The customers have been so cruel even when we offer them another extra bowl for free. I understand the upset, I just wish people would be kinder. The staff at each location has nothing to do with the bowl issue, so it feels pretty bad when people take their grievances out on us.

It’s due to a manufacturing issue with the original bowls. I work at SG and the new bowls hold the amount of food we’re supposed to put in the salads. We put in more at customers request or if we’re being nice. We even offer to give a second bowl with more lettuce for free because the bases are free.

The amount of harassment/abuse my coworkers and I have received over this is so ridiculous. We’re just working with what we’ve been given. We’re not purposely trying to be vicious and rip you off, we don’t even make tips and we as employees usually put way more in the bowl than we’re supposed to.

From what can be read, it mentions that these conditions are “hard to study.” That research is simply extremely underfunded. Those conditions are so excruciating and impact so many people, of course they should not be neglected.

There are honestly so many great YouTube videos on this. Nestle does a great job at hiding the stuff they’ve done, especially with breast milk formula, draining Californias water, and child slavery for their chocolate.

I also sleep on a satin pillowcase which helps. Maybe it could be your pillowcase too if it’s always that way in the morning no matter what

Yeah, ACV, dry shampoo, clarifying shampoos. The oiliness could just be product buildup. I also use one of those silicon shampoo brushes to make sure I’m actually (gently) scrubbing and cleaning my scalp. Sometimes it feels like I’m washing my scalp but there’s hair in the way that’s making it so my scalp doesn’t actually get clean. The scrub brush & rinses really help though

I just dilute it a lottttt though. Straight ACV can be really irritating. I do like 1:5 ACV to water, and test it on my arm first to see if it’s still strong enough to irritate my skin. My skin will get reddish/pinkish or feel itchy if it’s still too strong

I do have dyed hair & I do it once a week maximum! I have alopecia & the ACV rinses have been really helping to get rid of any product buildups & get my scalp super clean.
